80% believe digitisation can reduce time spent on admin
According to the bureaucracy index of the KBV, doctors spend the equivalent of one day per week managing their administrative tasks. Not only do doctors suffer from this burden, patients too feel the consequences of outdated processes in medical practice. For example, 30% of state insured patients wait for at least 30 minutes despite having a scheduled appointment and 17% even wait up to one hour.
