Yesterday doctorly took part in the inaugural KV digital pitch day competition.
Alongside 7 other impressive, forward-thinking German health-tech startups, there were two pitching sessions and three 20 minute sessions one on one with KV and KBV experts focusing on ‘Business’, ‘Security’, and ‘Medical’ subjects.
- Does this product/service add value to the life of the doctor?
- Does it improve the interaction between the doctor and the patient?
- Does it create value added to the patient, which is contributed back to the doctor?
- Does it improve the interaction between doctors?
- Does it improve the interaction between the doctor and the insurance companies?
Alongside the KV & KBV experts, the final pitches were judged by Dr. Thomas Kriedel (Member of the board, KBV), Dr. Andreas Gassen (Director of the board, KBV), and Dr. Florian Fuhrmann (Managing Director, KV Telematik).
We are pleased to announce that doctorly won.
It is clear to us that our vision for a digital, progressive health-care system in Germany is shared by the KV & KBV respectively.
We are incredibly proud and humbled to win this award and motivated, more than ever, to build a special set of products enabling doctors and patients alike, to live healthier lives.
We believe that true innovation within the healthcare industry can only occur when all key industry stakeholders are working together.
It is our goal to serve as a modern digital platform connecting doctors, patients, government, insurance and other health-tech companies together in the spirit of collaboration and enabling people to live healthier lives.
We look forward to taking part in the next round of pitches in September and securing out place within the ‘Future Practices’ program with the KBV & KV-Telematik.
